Fixed Cost Model

This model is recommended for projects involving well-defined requirements. It helps you eliminate the uncertainties of development cost and plan your project budget in advance.

If you do not have well-defined requirements, we can first develop your requirements on a time and material basis and then provide a fixed cost solution.
  • Clear progress visibility at all stages of development
  • Eliminates surprise cost escalations
  • Windows/Web application development with clear functionalities
  • Small projects with measurable user defined features and deliverables
  • Pre-decided features limited by fixed budget and time frame
Time & Material Model In this model, the project cost is a function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed. This model is particularly useful where projects are complex and prone to midstream specification and design changes.
  • Flexibility to alter specifications, accommodate unplanned activities rapidly, and adjust project resources
  • Profitable leverage of service provider’s project management expertise to core business
  • Projects with evolving requirements
  • Application development or product development
  • Research and development based projects

Dedicated Resource Model In this model, a dedicated team is retained to act as an extension of the client's own staff. The client manages and controls projects and deliverables through teams operating from the development centre. If required, the client may also decide to redefine all processes, methodologies, quality frameworks, standards, and practices to be followed by the dedicated team.
  • Allows planning for infrastructure, staffing and work content, and enables you to focus on your core business
